Testimonials

"I really like your mysore classes as I find the hands-on assists help me to correct myself and deepen the pose. I also like working at my own pace. It means I can choose to engage in the philosophy behind the yoga when I feel like it or simply come to stretch my body when my mind is full. It’s great when my practice shows through my knowledge of the sequence - it’s amazing how much my body remembers the moves. Because of my injury, mysore works well as you give me that individual focus with tips to modify my practice. This means I can continue to practice and build strength to help recovery. "

"Your assists and adjustments are excellent and I have complete confidence in your anatomical understanding and guidance. Astanga is demanding but also good for building strength. Your advice and modifications help to build poses slowly and safely. Early morning Yoga is definitely best, just like music practice, running or any other discipline. Later on in the day one always runs out of time."
