4-Week Beginners Intro Pack - £50

This pack provides you with 1 online session (30-40 mins) and 3 Weekly Mysore Classes.

It is suitable for complete Yoga beginners or Ashtanga Yoga beginners who wish to learn this method and its basics.

In the first online session, the basics of this method (incl. Surya Namaskar A&B) will introduced.

Then you will book 3 in-person Mysore classes to start working with Ezgi closely.

 

Establishing a regular practice is not easy and requires commitment. Ezgi will help you with this so you can expect some “homework” style tasks to practice between sessions.

This pack is available for two locations; Canterbury and Folkestone.

If you can practise in Canterbury (at Yoga Shala Canterbury) you can buy this offer and start as soon as possible.

 

If you are Folkestone-based, this offer is available monthly and it starts at the beginning of every month. Pls email to learn all details including location etc.

NEW TO ASHTANGA YOGA?

Ashtanga Yoga Canterbury offers Mysore-style assisted self-practice classes and Led classes that are suitable for all abilities in Canterbury and surrounding areas.

All classes and workshops are being held by Ezgi for the time being.

She has completed the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series Teacher Training in India in 2020 and attended many workshops by senior Ashtanga Yoga teachers.

Ezgi has regular daily practice under the guidance of her experienced teacher.
