about me
My Yoga journey has started in 2010. Although I have enjoyed different styles since then, Ashtanga Yoga has been my regular practice since 2016.
After completing my 200hrs teacher training at Tattvaa Yoga School in India in 2020 I started teaching Mysore-style self-practice classes and workshops.
I’m still practising daily under the guidance of my teacher.
I have had the opportunity to attend several courses and workshops by many senior teachers over the past years.
Here are the main certificates I received since 2015;
*30 hrs, Bridging the Gap in Philosophy and Pyschology of Yoga
*200 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at Tattvaa Yoga School , India
* 28 hrs Teachers Immersion Programme with Yoga Reloaded, UK
* 300 hrs BWY Certification Program, UK
* 60 hrs BWY Foundation Course 1, UK
Ashtanga Yoga can help everyone to calm the mind and strengthen the physical body as long as it is practised in a safe and caring environment.
My main aim is to provide that class environment and introduce this method to as many people as possible.
' Yoga is a mirror to look at ourselves from within.'
