This class is for everyone who would like to improve their breathing practice. Some of the classes will include simple meditation.

Our aims are;

  • to get used to listening to our breaths and sitting in silence which improves our Yoga journey.
  • to learn how to calm the mind
  • to improve our foundation for more advanced breathing practices (Pranayama)
  • to learn how to incorporate breathing into our physical (asana) practice.
  • to experience the benefits in our everyday life.
