This class is for everyone who would like to improve their breathing practice. Some of the classes will include simple meditation.
Our aims are;
- to get used to listening to our breaths and sitting in silence which improves our Yoga journey.
- to learn how to calm the mind
- to improve our foundation for more advanced breathing practices (Pranayama)
- to learn how to incorporate breathing into our physical (asana) practice.
- to experience the benefits in our everyday life.
