Workshops, Masterclasses and Courses

These events are designed to cover the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga and help students to improve their understanding of the practice deeper.

  • Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners Course, January 2023
  • Ashtanga Yoga for Improvers Course, runs once a year.
  • Masterclasses
  • MASTERCLASSES – Runs every 6-8 weeks to focus on certain asanas or groups of asanas in depth.

These classes are designed for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. You will be introduced to simple warm-ups and then will begin to build up the main asanas (physical poses). Each session will end with relaxation.

Sunday 25th September 2022 – LATERAL STANDING POSES,  focuses on Utthita/Paravritti Trikonasana and Utthita/Paravritti Parsvokannasana

Sunday 6th November 2022- INTRO TO INVERSIONS, focuses on safe ways and modifications of headstands and handstands.

-Suitable for all levels-

(A minimum of 3 people is needed for each masterclass to run, you will receive a confirmation e-mail 1 week before the class.)
