about
Ezgi started practicing Yoga in 2010 and teaching in 2017. Although she has done various styles she fell in love with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from day one in 2016.
She still has an established daily practice under the guidance of her teacher Joey Miles. She also incorporates Pranayama, Meditation into her regular practice.
Her Ashtanga Yoga approach has evolved over the years and mainly focuses on making this method accessible to everyone. She respects the traditional sequence as well as offers modifications if needed. She finds the meditative character of the set sequence very safe and grounding so this is her motivation to introduce this style to as many people as possible to help them experience this quality in their Yoga journey.
Ezgi has done many events and workshops by different senior teachers over the years and has over 500 hrs training in Yoga here are some of the main ones below.

Ashtanga Yoga can help everyone to calm the mind and strengthen the physical body as long as it is practised in a safe and caring environment.
My main aim is to provide that class environment and introduce this method to as many people as possible.
