If you are not able to attend a studio class on a regular basis or would like to take some private sessions before attending a group class check the details of online offers.
You will need an internet connection, a yoga mat, cushions, blankets, and books (or yoga blocks if you have one).
Online Yoga sessions may be really helpful to improve our practice or get back on track but it’s highly recommended to join an in-person yoga class when you can.

This offer is suitable for everyone who wants a little bit of movement to support their everyday life.
Although the structure of the sessions can be adjusted according to your needs, don’t expect advanced practice in this offer.
Perfect opportunity especially for complete beginners who has no or very little Yoga experience.
There would be some breath awareness, simple yet functional poses, and relaxation.

2. Beginners Ashtanga Yoga
If you are curious about the Ashtanga Yoga method, this pack is for you. You will begin to learn very basics of the Ashtanga method first. Then we will begin to build the sequence pose by pose.
It’s highly recommended to attend an in-person Mysore assisted self-practice class or/and Beginners Led class after a few online sessions.
£90 per person, 4 wks (1 hr each)
3. Improvers Ashtanga Yoga
If you have done Ashtanga Yoga before but are not able to join in-person classes on a regular basis this offer is for you.
We will work on poses and other aspects of this method in detail and also help you to maintain a daily self-practice.
It’s highly recommended to attend an in-person Mysore assisted self-practice class or/and Led classes after a few online sessions.
£120 per person, 4 wks (1,5 hr each)
