If you are curious about inversions but don’t know what is the safe way to get started, this masterclass is just for you.
We will begin with suitable warm-ups to prepare the body, then we will play around with different inversions with props (wall, chair, hands-on assists by me, etc). If you feel comfortable you will be able to try some of them without props.
This is a class where you can ask questions and experiment with different techniques to find the right one for your body and level.
Come join us for a playful day.
